What Does All That Mean?

    What I mean more specifically is that if you are looking for a memorable experience but want to save a little bit of money, get some cheap dinner and then splurge a little on dessert! Go to Mcdonald's, get that 10-piece chicken nugget you've been craving, and then go to a high-end place for the end! My personal takes would be either a Cheesecake Factor vibe or Maggiano's where they carry beautifully handcrafted desserts that are usually made in-house and are well deserving of the $10 or so price tag they come with. Another way to take this a step up and into a more magical and memorable experience is to go to your local city and enjoy the sensory either as the sunsets or the pretty city lights at night while enjoying your dessert in a new or familiar environment.


Where Did You Go?

    Kandace and I decided to have dinner with my family and make it just that more memorable as we all had a good laugh over some tacos while chatting about plans for the future and other little things. After this, we decided on a place called McCormick & Schmick's in downtown Kansas City. We got dressed up, smelled expensive, and hit the road towards our destination! This helps add to the ambiance of the fancy restaurant, while also ensuring you look suited for the occasion. Now why would you do this? This can be a fun adventure; full of photos, and laughs, and doesn't have to mound lots of stress on you to find a perfect place that has both the main food and dessert both you and your partner will like. This also helps you to save money while enjoying a place that may have been well over 100 dollars. In the end, though, it's more about the place rather than the dessert and a place to gossip about other people in the restaurant; observing others as everyone there is in their own little bubble. Spicy it up too, lie, and say it's your anniversary to get some cool designs as these high-end restaurants do take notes and will customize your experience, we did this and they made an awesome design on the plate! 


Overall

In conclusion, this is something everyone should do because it's fun and you can spice it up any way you'd like, there's not just one way to do this date idea! The best part, it's cheap and doesn't break the bank! I would definitely do this again and take this as a way to window shop at restaurants and see if it would be a good date place for the future!
